For the past three years, UPLIFT researchers have been piloting their innovative approach of Reflexive Policy Making in four cities:

  1. Sfȃntu Gheorge
  2. Tallinn
  3. Barakaldo
  4. Amsterdam

The results have just been released in the form of a Guidebook and a Policy Brief.

The Guidebook provides a comprehensive account of the Reflexive Policy Making process in the four pilot cities, covering the theoretical framework, applied methods and techniques, and resulting policy outcomes. It’s an excellent resource for anyone interested in policy co-creation with young people, offering valuable insights for both academics and practitioners. The Policy Brief includes a set of comprehensive recommendations for policy-makers looking to embark on a similar co-creation process.
